Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist position responsible for evaluating patients and delivering a broad range of therapeutic interventions to rehabilitate physical and developmental disorders across multiple care settings. The role involves hands-on clinical problem-solving, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing a comprehensive rehabilitation program, and promoting patient/caregiver self-determination to achieve independence. Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan; duties include coordinating discharge goals and communicating with other care services. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health care. Eligible candidates typically hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred; less than one year of PT experience is noted. A $40,000 sign-on incentive is offered for qualified candidates who commit to a three-year employment agreement.
