Job Summary
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and help prevent disability. Treats patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders. Performs all duties in accordance with Physical Therapy and hospital policies, and complies with state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements. Must hold an appropriate Physical Therapy degree and state license, and maintain current BLS certification; minimum one year of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience required.
