Job Summary
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services. Restores function and helps prevent disability. Treats patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders. Performs all duties in accordance with Physical Therapy and hospital policies. Complies with state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
