Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults, delivering and tailoring PT programs in patients’ homes or in independent living facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing/adjusting plans of care, coordinating with other disciplines, supervising PT Assistants and students as needed, ensuring timely documentation and billing, and promoting safety. Skills emphasize therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, neuromotor development, manual therapy, adaptive devices/orthotics, caregiver and patient education, and community/home mobility assessments. The role supports visa sponsorship and relocation, offers a flexible travel-capable schedule, and includes mentorship, CEUs, and opportunities to work across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT, or Bachelor’s degree in PT plus 5 years of PT experience
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to/from patients’ residence
