Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for mobile outpatient rehabilitation in-home settings (older adults and children) in the Cherry Hill/Camden area.Responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and delivering individualized physical therapy programs in patients’ homes or in independent living facilities; supervising PT assistants and students as needed; coordinating with the rehab team to address comprehensive needs; educating patients and caregivers to promote independence; ensuring timely documentation and adherence to schedules; and contributing to a flexible, travel-enabled schedule. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients’ residence
