Job Summary
Outpatient physical therapy in-home settings for older adults; evaluate and treat in-home; supervise PTAs and temporary licensees; develop and deliver physical therapy programs; educate patients and caregivers; collaborate with rehab team; adapt plans of care; ensure safety; flexible schedule across home and community settings; 40 hours/week; salaried; Rochester, NH. H-1B visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are offered; ability to work across the U.S. with the Journey Travel Program.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients’ residence
