Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes and independent living facilities, evaluating needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training. Instruct patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence, manage chronic diseases, and reduce fall risks while adapting programs based on patient progress. Supervise therapy assistants and students, coordinate referrals to other disciplines, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and equipment safety. Work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with a $3,000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
