Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to older adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while teaching patients and caregivers skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and provide clinical mentorship support. Work within a facility environment reporting to the Director of Rehab, with full-time or part-time options including relocation assistance and visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
