Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while addressing the whole patient as an individual. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive. This role supports Powerback's mission to improve lives for older adults and children through personalized rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
