Job Summary
Physical Therapist sought for mobile outpatient rehabilitation across the MA area (home-based and in-home settings). Responsibilities include evaluating, developing and delivering PT programs, coordinating with the rehab team, providing education to patients and caregivers, and ensuring safe, effective therapy in patients' homes or in independent living facilities. Requires PT licensure, Master’s degree (or equivalent), driver’s license, and ability to travel to patient residences. H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance available; salary range $47-$63 per hour with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a valid driver‘s license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients‘ residence.
