Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in-facility. Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) and meet progression options: Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s in PT-related field with a PT Bachelor's, or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience. Visa/Green Card sponsorship available and relocation assistance offered. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with clinicians, education of patients and caregivers to promote independence, and contributing to a rehabilitation and wellness team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
