Job Summary
The Program Lead/Staff Physical Therapist provides direct patient care and leads rehabilitation services across Powerback’s facilities and home care contracts, coordinating with licensed therapists and leadership to ensure high-quality rehab services, care planning, and timely documentation. Responsibilities include facilitating efficient oversight of rehabilitation services, maintaining referral relationships, assisting therapy staff, coordinating staffing and utilization, monitoring clinical utilization and budget considerations, and promoting Powerback Rehabilitation products and services. Requires a valid Physical Therapy license and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination of degrees/experience), plus at least three years of direct patient care and one year of management experience; H-1B visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are offered. Posted salary range is USD $39.50 - $52.00 per hour, with a $10,000 bonus opportunity, and roles can be full-time or part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing
