Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapists provide comprehensive clinical care supporting the Human Performance Optimization Program for the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing. Responsibilities include conducting musculoskeletal evaluations and assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing rehabilitation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education; documenting encounters within approved Medical Treatment Facility systems; conducting injury prevention and recovery workshops; coordinating care with strength and conditioning professionals; and supporting return-to-duty and return-to-performance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in a U.S. state, territory, or DC
- Ability to obtain and maintain MTF credentialing and privileging
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
