Job Summary
Develop outpatient orthopedic physical therapy plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven care. Collaborate with a values-driven, supportive team; participate in mentorship and Upstream’s education programs; pursue ongoing learning through in-house Residency/Fellowship opportunities. Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, building connections with patients and local providers, and contributing to a positive clinic culture. Qualifications: DPT (or equivalent) and active GA license (or eligible).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
