Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy by leading assessments, creating personalized care plans, and supervising treatments. Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery journey. Celebrate patient victories throughout the rehabilitation process. This role is available for both full-time and part-time employees at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader recognized as one of the World's Most Admired Companies.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
