Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and administer evidence-based treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain and restore function. Assure all interventions align with established plans of care while providing personalized, cost-effective treatments that improve motion and mobility. Offer clinical support by instructing patients, families, and caregivers; consult with other health professionals; and monitor patient response to treatment. Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy license
