Job Summary
Physical Therapist delivers evaluation, plans, organizes and administers physical therapy services in accordance with applicable standards to ensure high-quality care. Works collaboratively with all disciplines within a true team model; maintains documentation; supports assistants with training and guidance; develops and documents treatment goals; administers manual exercises, therapeutic procedures, and functional activities; educates patients and families for home continuation of treatment; coordinates with physicians and other staff to obtain additional patient information and refine treatment plans within an in-house rehab care model.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or a CAPTE-accredited Baccalaureate/Master’s in Physical Therapy
- current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in the employed state
