Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy - Willard Hospital

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise treatment plans for outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. Deliver daily direct therapy and provide instruction in therapeutic procedures to patients and families. Maintain accurate electronic medical records documenting care, goals, and coordination of services while supervising physical therapist assistants. Ensure timely co-signatures for supervised assistants and maintain departmental policies regarding safety, infection control, and timecard recording. Work 32 weekly hours during days and afternoons as a licensed Physical Therapist at Willard Hospital.
