Job Summary

Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure best outcomes, while educating and empowering patients with home programs and resources. Represent PTSMC in the community to promote our "PT for Life" philosophy. This full-time role in Southbury, CT requires a Connecticut Physical Therapist license and an accredited degree, offering a sign-on bonus, mentorship, and support for continuing education and licensure renewal.
Required Qualifications
