Job Summary
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care and tailoring treatment plans to individual goals. Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely using efficient, click-based templates, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure best outcomes. Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources, representing PTSMC in the community to promote our "PT for Life" philosophy. This role requires a Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) and an accredited degree.
