Job Summary
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and deliver exceptional care by tailoring treatment plans to individual goals. Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely using efficient click-based templates, while collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure best outcomes. Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources, representing PTSMC in the community to promote the "PT for Life" philosophy. Requires a degree from an accredited PT program and a Connecticut license.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to apply)
