Job Summary
Assess patients' needs and initiate appropriate physical therapy interventions for pediatric, adolescent, young, middle, and older adult patients. Maintain standards of professional and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and the American Physical Therapy Association. Provide treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments using a collaborative team approach. Requires a California Physical Therapist License and Bachelor's Degree in an Accredited Physical Therapy Program upon hire. Part-time, 8-hour day shifts. Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro is recognized for exceptional stroke care and nationally ranked rehabilitation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- California Physical Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- D.P.T. in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Experience in an adult physical disability setting
