Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy Medical Hills - Bloomington

Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses and prognosis, and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs. Direct and supervise Physical Therapy services, including support personnel, while collaborating with health professionals to clarify referring provider instructions. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on activities to optimize care, and select appropriate procedural interventions based on evaluations. Document patient information into charts per APTA and insurance guidelines, review and co-sign Physical Therapist Assistant notes, and maintain accurate records. Maintain unit cleanliness, equipment condition, and infection control protocols while assisting with data collection and preparing reports. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm with no nights or weekends.
