Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities, creating personalized care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing. Maintain adherence to all local and federal compliance requirements while providing direct supervision and communication with physical therapy assistants and Clinical Directors. Manage orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehabilitation medicine cases within our outpatient clinic setting in Loveland. New grads are welcome; at least two years of clinical experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education
- A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
- A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position
- Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
- Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from Floor to waist
- Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from Waist to shoulder
- Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from Shoulder to overhead
- Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50'
- Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
- Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
- Guarding a "lift load" routinely of 120-140#
Desired Qualifications
