Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques and protocols. Supervise assigned assistants while ensuring comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Develop care and discharge plans, communicating them to appropriate parties to restore physical, social, and mental functions. Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Delano.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
