Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- DPT degree obtained on or after January 2016
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
