Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Establish individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring communication with appropriate parties. Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per facility policy. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and two years of experience. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center serving Tillamook County.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
