Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for full-time or part-time role in a non-profit outpatient retirement and life community in Vero Beach, FL. You will help residents move better, feel better, and stay active—supporting independent living and assisted living populations with occasional float to skilled care. Requires a Physical Therapy degree and active FL license; open to new graduates with on-site training and mentorship. Opportunities include care across the continuum (inpatient, home health, outpatient, fitness services) with two clinic locations in the region, minimal travel between appointments, and a sign-on bonus. The environment emphasizes prevention, holistic care, resident rapport, and collaboration with leadership and residents. Required Qualifications
- Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the position
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Comfort working with older adult populations in outpatient independent living and assisted living; flexibility to float to skilled nursing when needed
- Open to new graduates
