Job Summary
FOX Rehabilitation seeks Physical Therapists to join a team delivering 1:1 geriatric physical therapy in home-based settings across multiple MD locations (Frederick, Westminster, Mt. Airy, Hagerstown, Manchester). Roles are available as Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with benefits; options include salary with benefits, and sponsorship (H1B) for qualified candidates, plus mentoring for new grads. Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited PT program and a valid PT license in the state of practice, with CPR certification. The role emphasizes autonomous, client-centered interventions, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, continuing education, and an interdisciplinary approach.
