Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Operate within a supportive clinical community with unlimited access to continuing education and professional certification reimbursement. Full-time and part-time roles are available in Connecticut, with PRN/Flex options at peak hours from 9am to 3pm. H1B sponsorship is provided for qualified candidates. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated private practice pioneering Geriatric House Calls to abolish ageism.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
