Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to provide 1:1 geriatric physical therapy services in Maryland across multiple locations (Frederick, Westminster, Mt. Airy, Hagerstown, Manchester). Roles available full-time or part-time with salaried benefits; PRN options also offered. Candidate must hold a valid MD PT license (or be eligible) and have a degree from an accredited PT program with CPR certification. H1B sponsorship is available; new graduates can join via FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, medical/dental/vision/401k (where eligible), and an autonomous, clinically-driven practice within an interdisciplinary team delivering 1:1 care in a geriatric home-visit model.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
