Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, delivering therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Document within FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary PT/OT/SLP and Fitness Specialists team, and offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate. Roles include in-home, senior living care (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with salaried benefits; licensure in KY or eligibility to obtain is required. Telehealth components optional; strong emphasis on autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes. H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (KY) or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- FOX Rehabilitation market requires licensed PTs or eligible to practice in KY
- H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians
