Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting for older adults in their communities as part of FOX Rehabilitation's Geriatric House Calls program. Deliver care within an interdisciplinary framework focused on functional outcomes and abolishing ageism. Manage full-time, part-time, or PRN/Paid Per Unit schedules with flexibility to shape work-life balance. Eligible candidates must hold a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license, an accredited degree, and basic computer literacy. New graduates join a supportive clinical community through the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
