Job Summary
Conduct geriatric physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care to older adults in their communities as part of FOX's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Full-time and part-time roles available in Jackson, Brick, and South Lakewood, NJ. Salaried compensation ranges from $70,000 to $102,000 annually for full-time positions, with PRN/Flex options available on a paid-per-unit basis. Valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification required. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
