Job Summary
Physical Therapist sought for in-home and senior-living care across Fairfax, VA. Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, delivering therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Roles include scheduling autonomy, telehealth/virtual care when appropriate, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists). Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards and drive client outcomes through home visits or community-based care; H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Positions include Full-time in-home & senior living care, Part-time in-home & senior living care, and PRN opportunities with benefits eligibility; new graduates welcome to FOX Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
