PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PHYSICAL THERAPY (FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME)

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home and senior living settings (in-home & community-based care). Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life, documenting within FOX’s EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists). Telehealth/virtual care may be incorporated to extend access and flexibility. Flexible schedule with autonomy to manage patient care across private residences and senior living communities. Drive to patient homes as part of the Geriatric House Calls model. H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Licensed Physical Therapists or those eligible to obtain licensure; degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; basic computer/EMR proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
