Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Create and control your treatment schedule with flexibility to alter hours, available as full-time, part-time, or PRN coverage Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification. Join a primarily clinician-operated private practice pioneering Geriatric House Calls to abolish ageism, offering unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
