Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually with monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
