Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system within an interdisciplinary environment. Handle a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requires a CAPTE-accredited PT program graduate, current or pending state licensure, and BLS certification. Located at 11794 US-301 #102, Dade City, FL. PT Solutions offers a six-week onboarding program, mentorship, and access to Limber Health software to support clinical care and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
