Physical Therapist

Provide evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for outpatient orthopedic patients. Document accurately and timely in the EMR; manage discharge and follow-up. Supervise PTA and aides; maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Requires California PT license or license pending; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Demonstrates strong clinical decision-making, collaboration with team, and engaging, professional demeanor; committed to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
