Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy in outpatient orthopedic clinic settings; evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions; develop individualized plans of care tailored to patient goals; provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation; document care thoroughly in an EMR system; collaborate closely with team members to ensure optimal outcomes; build strong patient and community relationships; maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards; opportunities for mentorship, clinical residencies, and career growth; visa sponsorship available at select clinics; full-time with flexible 3- or 4-day workweeks; Milpitas, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California PT license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
