Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy to evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized plans of care with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab; document thoroughly in EMR; collaborate with team to ensure optimal outcomes; build patient and community relationships while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and payer standards. Opportunities include mentorship, residency programs, CEU reimbursement, sign-on and loan-repayment incentives, and flexible full-time schedules (3- or 4-day weeks). Eligible for base salary plus incentives; total compensation ranges approximately $140,000–$160,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active (or eligible) California PT license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
