Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting; create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab; educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery; accurately document all care within the EMR; collaborate with PTs, support staff, and cross-disciplinary providers; maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards; grow your orthopedic and sports rehab career with mentorship, residency pathways, and long-term advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active (or eligible) California PT license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-first, evidence-based care
