Job Summary
Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload; provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided; appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up; supervise support staff of PTA's and aides; maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. Eligible candidates include California-licensed or license-pending Physical Therapists with outpatient orthopedic experience; strong clinical decision-making, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Required Qualifications
- California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
