Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient orthopedics using evidence-based plans with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab; educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs; document care in the EMR; collaborate with a mentorship-driven clinical team; participate in ongoing CE and residency programs while maintaining regulatory compliance. Clinic offers mentorship, residency access, flexible 3- or 4-day workweeks, competitive compensation with base salary plus incentives, sign-on and loan-repayment options, and visa sponsorship in select clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hands-on orthopedic and sports-focused care
