Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (Full-Time) in Castro Valley, CA providing evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise. Responsibilities include accurate documentation in the EMR, educating patients and families on progress and prevention, collaborating with referring providers and clinic team members, participating in mentorship and CE opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and active California license (or eligibility). New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. The Castro Valley clinic focuses on outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy with opportunities for residency training and professional growth; visa sponsorship is available in select clinics.
