Job Summary
Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy in an outpatient setting. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation, and document care using the EMR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, build relationships with patients and the community, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and payer standards. Encourages growth through mentorship and residency pathways; clinic supports licensing, reimbursement, and ongoing professional development. Eligible for visa sponsorship at select clinics; offering base salary with incentives and sign-on opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active (or eligible) California PT license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics
