Job Summary
Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care; deliver hands-on, evidence-based orthopedic treatment; document all treatment, progress, and discharge planning in the EMR; collaborate with PTs, support staff, and leadership; educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process; participate in team meetings, CE, and mentorship activities; maintain compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California PT license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
