Job Summary
Provide outpatient orthopedic evaluations and treatments in a Part-Time outpatient setting. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient goals and deliver high-quality manual and functional therapy. Collaborate with colleagues to support positive patient outcomes, build strong relationships with patients and the community, and utilize a modern AI-supported EMR system for documentation while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and an active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license. 360 Physical Therapy emphasizes flexibility, mentorship, and clinical growth in a patient-first culture.
Required Qualifications
