Job Summary
Physical Therapist in Phys Med Rehab provides independent musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in the department, conducts physical therapy procedures and modalities, and directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. The role supports work at varied clinic locations as needed and requires WA licensure and BLS, with a focus on evidence-based practice and ambulatory rehabilitation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program
- Completion of a clinical internship
- Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice
- Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Preferred Qualification: Previous experience in ambulatory setting
